Lose 10kg in 2weeks
Lemon is one of those fruits that aren't fun to eat, like ever but im here bringing you information about how to use lemon and ginger to lose weight or belly fat. It does not matter if you are a male or female. The method will still work. Effectively i might add.
Im one of those people that struggled with losing weight. And im still using a few methods but i can say that the lemon and ginger one, gave me quick results. Since im one of those people that does not like to run or exercise, the lemon and ginger method was and still is one of the perfect methods for me.
We are all different and this method will show results to each one of us differently. But one thing is for sure, you will see a huge change in only 7days. Its not that bad right, some methods require at least two weeks for you to see a slight change. And lets be honest, that slight change you will see in those two weeks will be so disappointing that you will end up ditching the whole process. But with lemon and ginger you can lose 5 -10kg in two weeks. Someone might even be able to archive losing 5kgs in only 7days and 20kgs in one month. That doesn't sound bad right. I know some of you might be rolling your eyes and say that its unbelievable because you have tried various and various methods but you did not see the change that you were hoping for. Just give this method a try, for only seven days and see if it works.
So first things first you need to have a supply of lemons and ginger. Take 2 lemons and some of your raw ginger, wash them clean and cut them into small pieces. Some of you have blenders or juice makers, you can use that for this process. The next step is to add 750ml of water. And blend them together. Pour the juice in pot, turn the stove onn. When the juice is warm not hot, pour it in a glass and proceed to drink it. If you don't have a blender or juice maker. Simply chop your 2lemons and ginger into small pieces. Place them in a pot. Pour 750ml of water and let it boil for 3minutes. Leave it to cool for another few minutes. Dont let the juice get cold, it should be warm or slightly warm. Pour in a glass and drink it. This juice wont be fun to drink. It will be a bit bitter. If you can't stand that bitter taste you can add 1teaspoon of honey.
We are trying to lose 5kgs in 7days, so having this juice once early in the morning just wont do. The key is to have this juice first thing in the morning, 30minutes before lunch and 30minutes before supper. And if you manage to drink it more than 3times per day, thats even better. Its okay to make the juice once in the morning, just remember that you need 2lemons per glass. If you want to drink it 5times per day that means 10lemons and a small heap of ginger. Ginger is healthy for you and will help you in preventing many other diseases. One of them being acidity. I hope this helps. And if you manage to lose even 2kgs in 7days.
